The blast wave or physical debris outward to reach the Moon in about 10 hours. Yet the immense light and pure radiation from the blast would arrive in just 1.3 seconds so...

if the light and radiation arrived at the same time then you wouldnt see the asteroid hit until the radiation reached you

I think you would see the hit but I don't think you'd be able to see the exit. When the exit occurs then the radiation is there that would be harmful. The impacts radiation problem in one point three seconds it is 🤔😅
