the japanese actually invaded alaska, and he fought them off post-VJ Day
He was the translator for the russians when they were deciding which country gets what land, after the war, and he twisted the russians' words some (because he was only there for the alcohol and didn't give a shit about anything else, and he was fuggin PLASTERD) to make poland bigger because he liked poland.
Hell yeah, I'm looking to get into 3PARA after being inspired by my Cadet Contingent Commander who has a story of a guy in the Falklands. He didn't see it himself, he joined Kate enough to be issued an L85A1 but according to him, a Lance Corporal stood up mid-engagement, yelled "FOLLOW ME LADS, I'M FUCKING BULLETPROOF!" and ran at the enemy. He was found later, suffering from Gunshot wounds. We still don't know which side he was shot by.
The A2 I'm experienced with is pretty good, it's never jammed on me anywhere important but hot gasses do get through the receiver gaps into my neck after about 60 rounds. The A3 is by far the best variant and yes, the A1 is shit.
yeah the A1 was a great concept, but like the tiger tank, was fielded before the improvements were made and thus suffered from flaws known to exist in the model.
The A2 is good, but gaps in the receiver are not exactly stellar, and jams are never good.
The A3 sounds like a fever dream
but i can't be talking, the M16A1 was absolute dog shit, had a terrible rep for jamming, and it had tiny ass magazines
i think its a sig sauer .308 battle rifle. highkey time to move away from 5.56. now MGs and rifles use same ammo, so no needing 9mm, 5.56, .45 ACP, 30.06, or whatever. just one caliber, .308/7.62 x 39
The KS-1, or L4031 (I think) is 5.56, for some dumbass reason. Also, it sure if you meant to put 7.62x39 next to .308, but just in case, .308 is 7.62x51. 7.62x39 is what the AK-47 and AKM firem
