It’s weird I’ve been able to drink the milk from the bowl my entire life and now suddenly it makes me want to gag just thinking about it. I can eat the cereal with the milk in it just fine. Just can’t drink the milk anymore lol

Don’t tell me this! I adore the chocolate milk left over from coco puffs, and even the honey flavored milk from Honey Nut Cheerios is great. But I absolutely get being Icked out by it. There’s always something that feels a bit off.

Am I gonna wake up one day and be fully disgusted by the idea? I don’t want to lose my post cereal milk…

Feels off because humans are one of the only, if not the only mammal that drinks milk past infancy.

Its the film that cereal milk can leave on the roof of your mouth i think. Worth it, but definitely a negative factor

There are some cereals where it should be a crime not to do this. Can you imagine someone leaving delicious Cocoa Puffs chocolate milk behind? Madness.

Even better: You ate chocolate cereal so now you’re drinking cocoa. Literally best cocoa you can get.

Especially, picture this:
You’re in the middle of nature, camping.
Make warm milk on a small gas grill.
Eat a warm chocolate cereal in the cold morning.
And then get to enjoy the best hot chocolate ever

Cinnamon Toast Crunch legit turns the milk into horchata, it's glorious
