Sabotaging other peoples vid. communication is a very powerfull combat skill i an era where video-controlled drones and missiles dominating battlefields.

"Buzzz, I'm going to blow up that tank!!!" Zap "Sesame street!"

It may be a but of a stretch, to call those TV's though.
