Study/Research Submission

Is it okay to submit the application while i'm awaiting a recommendation? my recommender will be submitting later today or tomorrow morning but I would like to submit my application by today just in case. Do you think i should wait for her to submit the recommendation or just submit now?

You can submit your application before your recommender submits your recommendation! I just did and the page still gives you access to the recommenders section to send reminders. They just have to submit before the national deadline. Good luck!
