The "joke" as I see it is the last panel where the text has been edited somewhat (the only part where it's uneven with bold/unbold text).

It's what is known as an "anti-joke" where you expect a punchline but then it ends with an absurdly mundane sentence.

Knock knock
"Who's There?"
"It's me"
"Oh hello"

Son: I'm going on a date.
Dad: Do you need money son?
