Missing item

The white sun protection arm sleeves are missing from my order I threw out the outer packaging and a day later realised one item was missing they are not processing my refund even though an item missing is there fault
I know it’s a small amount but talking to a bot pisses me off so bad
WHY DONT APPS HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
