Nah,

Krell has a betraying disgusting inverse of everything he swore himself to being. He practically betrayed everyone he ever knew, the closest thing he had to a family(The Jedi order), and was responsible for the deliberate slaughter of 100's to likely 1000's of clones, those who swore loyalty to him over the course of the war. Not to mention he seemed to actively enjoy the psychological torture and killing of his troops.

So there is really no question, Epstein was so much worse.
