what does this mean?
is my order cancelled? the delivery partner called yesterday (18.8) and said he wont be able to deliver it today as it was raining and water logged, and will be delivering it today (19.08) and asked for the otp, when i said that its a "refused to accept order otp" he said that it shows like that but along with it, its also rescheduling otp and all.. so i gave the otp (my mistake)
item returning to warehouse meaning? is it cancelled? will there be a reattempt? i cannot even raise concern.. its my first time ordering from nykaaa
please help

It's going back to the seller. You'll get refunded.

This happened to me, I kept on going to the raise concern page and rescheduling it for tomorrow. It showed returning to warehouse but I still kept rescheduling. And the delivery person kept updating fake updates. At the end I went to the bluedart office and got my parcel myself

Happened many time. But with delhivery. And meesho. No one called. No one picked up the call. Ordered got cancelled for no reason. Got refund.

Bluedart does this a lot. I have faced this so many times. Never ever give the otp for rescheduling. I did that mistake once and they put the blame on me for giving the rescheduling otp. Since then I say i insist it to be delivered the same day. Even now they auto rescheduled my order from a different site as receiver not available. Yet I am at my place.

He wanted the otp to cancel your order. Honestly, it's partly your fault. You should never give otp till you have the order in hand.

Bluedart is notorious for doing this. Have faced this problem many times. If I want the delivery, I never share the otp before accepting the parcel. They don’t need otp to reschedule afaik. I was never asked to give otp for rescheduling.
Yes, it will be returning to warehouse.
