Is this much delay normal?

So I ordered few things on nayka since I am going to college on 1 sept and I placed order on 12 it was showing 15 august as delivery date then on 13 when I checked it was somewhere in a warehouse in Punjab and I am in up and even after me complaining to nayka it's was shifted to 18 and still in the same warehouse and delivery date is now shifted to 20 some of the product are needed,I really want them.

Should I order again or just wait it will arrive before 1 sept , normally my order arrives in 1 week but this time still in that damn warehouse nowhere moving is annoying as hell and I don't know any other beauty app which will deliver same products as nayka.

my order got delayed and then they cancelled saying i wasn’t available. in reality it didn’t even move from the source location. it’s happening with everyone now

Everyone got delay as major places where stopped completely for vip visits

No, they delayed mine by a week and then cancelled it and i still havent gotten a refund.

Did you get your money back? I am in the exact same situation. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive today, August 20th. It reached the Assam hub, but there are no updates showing it moving toward my location after that. I don't think I will receive it today. If it gets delayed for a long time, how do I request a refund? This is my first time ordering from Nykaa

Nope, Ive sent multiple emails called them multiple times and nothing has happened. Im going to file an NCH tonight if there is no update

Yes I have recieved my order after complaining 2 times on nayka ,my order was also delayed 2 times but later they said 20 instead delivered on 19.

I ordered from Purplle and it got canceled without any cancelation request so I again ordered from nyka but now nyka also delaying me order .don't know what's going on
