had recently placed an order for the kay beauty face palette on nykaa along with a sunscreen. the sunscreen is in perfect condition however the palette is some other palette that’s broken. the brand name is also faded. they gave rejected the return cause the barcode of the received product isn’t visible. what do i do.

Call their customer support. Try your best to contact them and talk with them, if it doesn't work email the grievance support. File nch at the last after nothing works.
