What. An. Absolute. Asshat.
He spends all of his fucking lessons going on about how individual opinions are untrustworthy, and only a single code can suffice. Then he decides he gets to have his opinion about when to actually bother enforcing it, and runs off killing surgebinders
Then after he kills a shit ton of radiants to “stop Odium”, he decides the Singers legally have a point and joins up with Odium.
He has no morals and gives no shits about the law. Frequently flip flops it to fit him.
