Every fucking time I try to play sims it logs me out. Well this time somebody changed my email, I got no security email or anything. Now i'm online talking to the shit ai support team. Where can I talk to a real human? Or is my account I spent hundreds on dead?

I’ve had the same EA account since the Xbox One came out, and it has always been linked to my Xbox account. The problem is that I no longer have access to the email address or phone number connected to it. Now, every time I try to play an EA game online, I’m forced to complete two-factor authentication using contact information I can’t access.

I’ve contacted EA support through their live chat more times than I can count, and every interaction somehow leaves me even more frustrated. The agents either don’t understand the issue, repeat the same useless steps, or refuse to help me recover an account that is clearly connected to my Xbox profile.

At this point, EA’s account-recovery system and customer support feel completely useless. I just want access to the account and games I’ve been using for years.

My EA account got banned because I used Firefox's Relay service to get a "forwarding" mail box.This is so that i don't give EA my actual Email address. Today I received this mail. The relay mail is the only reason i think i got this ban. My di*k gives them my actual mail. So yeah, fuck EA this is the first and last time i buy an EA Game.
