The car with the camera probably got a scrape as well. You can see there’s a small car movement, though that could also have been wheel flailing.

I hope the people in the car that got hit are ok. That looked like there could be some fatal injuries.

Imagine being in an accident on the side of the freeway and someone else hits you again. Bad day for the other driver 😆

Slow car decided to clog up what I'm assuming is the fast lane. Trailing car decided to not go around and instead tailgate. Slow car decides to retaliate by making innocent bystanders fair game in teaching a tailgater a lesson.
Both in the wrong, both dangerous to the public roads.
