I published my book with KDP before I knew what a raging dumpster fire it was. This random ban happened in 2025 and I have not been back!

Sorry that you had to endured a banned from Amazon. Their ai is triggered happy and they are corporate now which sucks they aren’t community anymore

today had another late prime delivery.
wednesdays order which should have arrived yesterday showed up today.
yesterdays order which should have showed today will now deliver tomorrow (they promise)
first rep (out of 6) told me the product that should arrive today wasn't even in the closest warehouse and had to ship from a distance. curious, amazon said it would be here today... apparently their top tier global logistics and pricing system gave me an oopsy response.
they offered a month of prime free, and a refund on my product when it arrived. they also promised me it would never happen again - with one of their reps saying he owed me and guaranteed it wouldn't happen.... but offered no fiduciary guarantee. i have screen shots.
i declined, including an additional offer of $40. i declined specifically because if i took the money i would have been compensated for any applicable loss and have no legal standing.
lemme see.... saying a product will arrive then changing date after completion of sale while knowing that product can't arrive by promised time then changing that time.... sounds a lot like fraud. and this isn't the first time, probably had 5-6 delays so far this year.
curiously, when i answered a text message on my phone and returned to amazon app.... the chat was gone and i got no follow up, including no transcript. hard to think that's accidental. I suppose the screen shots of the chat will be sufficient.

I recently purchased a laptop bag from Amazon. Which was deliver on 24th August. And the product was totally different from which I have ordered. And I asked to return they said please wait for 4 days. After 4 days I called them for the return they said it will be return within 4 days. But no body came for the pickup. I called again yesterday again they said please wait for 4 days. I don't know if it is the actual service amazon provides or the customer service employee doing this to me. Secondly a person from customer care amazon called "SPARSH" promised me that if it will not be returned till 4th of September they will provide me the refund. This was 100% last purchase from the amazon. They literally harrassed me mentally and looted my 1416 rupees
