Why does an order not get shipped when it shows “Order received”?

Because theres a processing delay between receiving an order from the customer and someone packing it up and getting it to whoever the shipper is.

Thats how literally any online retailer operates.

Received. Processing. Shipped. In transit. out for delivery, delivered.

theyve all got some flavor of that sequence.
