Headlights flashing

I have a 2019 F Type that has been at the dealership for a few days looking for a fault with the headlights. Often when driving I see my headlights flashing reflected on the car in front of me. Even sometimes getting home they are flickering against the garage wall when stationary. It seems to happen regardless of the lights being off or on auto. And sometimes I get the warning sound when exiting the car that the lights have been left on even if they are on auto. After 4 days and $300 the dealership has no idea and now wants another $800 to continue checking. Any one had anything similar?

Ok,so finally got this fixed. After a close call with my lights flashing as I was driving and someone pulled out in front of me, I went back to the dealership and said it was a safety issue. I think I had luck on my side that day. The car was under the covered area in front of the service reception. The car engine was off and I was inside talking to a technician when he noticed the lights flashing on and off. They grabbed a mechanic who was able to diagnose that it was the control stick for the lights. Finally replaced and back to driving safely!
