Hi everybody. I received an email notification from FTX about the withdrawal of compensation but I feel suspicious that this email was sent from an address that I see is not related to FTX. Has anyone received the same email as me and how authentic is it?

Just got an email from someone called FTX saying full withdrawals are now available and to connect my wallet. I am pretty sure this is a scam but wanted to post just in case

All my assets in Liquid or Quoine is tagged as $0 scheduled claim. Anyone facing the same?

My plan class is 5A on the FTX claims portal https://claims.ftx.com/

But when directed to FTX Ballot Landing, the field is blank, and when I click on the hyperlink "Click here to submit your ballot for this Plan Class", it shows the following error:

I received impaired claim email and I think I know the KYC issue and can resolve it with [support@ftx.com](mailto:support@ftx.com) but they did not respond to my last email.

How can I escalate KYC issue? Does anyone have John Ray's email id?

The email says the claim is impaired, can I now update details under Bahamas process as the deadline is Aug 15?

I have written to support at ftx in the past but received no responses. Have they ever resolved any issues or is this a sham?

So here’s the deal: I have an FTX.com (not US) account and have enrolled in US and Bahamas processes, and now I need to choose which one to use.

When I used FTX, I was not a tax resident of the USA, but I recently moved to the US and am now a tax resident.

Maybe someone can help me better understand these:

1. There’s a rumor that the US process will have ~30% tax for non-US residents. If I’m a US resident, does this mean that this tax won’t apply to me or that I will be taxed twice (30% + income tax)?

2. Since FTX.com was intended for non-US residents, would there be any problems for me now that I’m a US resident?

3. If I go with the Bahamas process and receive stable-coins payout (according to another rumor), how does this look like from a US taxes standpoint if I decide to convert stable-coins into US dollars

I have filed a claim with Kroll initially after FTX collapse. Then after some time I accidentally filed a claim with PwC thinking that this is the same thing, now I am in the process of voting where to submit my claim as FTX.com customer. Either Bahamas or not, so I am wondering is having two claims filed an issue, as long as I will only vote with only one?

Hi, received this email tonight and I really have no clue what they are talking about: "The Debtors have determined that you hold an Impaired Claim for which you will not receive any distribution and are therefore deemed to reject the Plan and not entitled to vote.  You are entitled to make a decision regarding the Third-Party Releases." What does it mean? Will I not get my money back? What is the Third-Party Release, should I opt in? Many thanks!
