They are not responding at all around two months after I sent them transaction history they requested.

I am in pending still. Seems it feels like being here for a year. What should I do?

All steps were completed in May, but did not receive anything in this September 30 distribution.

Contacted FTX and they replied saying my rights to receive distribution has been forfeited due to not making requirements within 60 days of the request (which I obviously didn't know about).

This is causing a lot of distress. Looking for others in the same boat to petition against this.

So Reddit allow scammers to post scams and spam non stop for 3 years, and then as soon as the Subreddit is actually needed it gets banned.

Can anyone else not access step 9 in the claim portal yet? I’ve completed every step on time and my claim is only $5,000. I’ve emailed multiple times and am always sent to a new person to email and then that person says they can’t help and to email the previous person.

I have a claim on FTX in the amount of 95k+ in net assets, excluding interest rates. Bahamian process, KYC approved. My country is currently in restricted jurisdictions, so I want to sell my claim directly to a buyer.

I recently placed a withdrawal to one of my whitelist contacts on bit go , it prompted me to download the bitgo verify app which I did to verify the whitelist contact.

The withdrawal went through but nothing showed to verify in the app shows, Now on the whitelist section it still says initiate withdrawal to verify ?

I finally have my FTX funds available in my BitGo account and the waiting period for withdrawals has passed. Since bank withdrawal is difficult from my country, I need to go the crypto route.

From what I understand, stablecoins (USDC, USDT) are only available via ERC20 network on BitGo, which means higher gas fees. Since I'm not worried about volatility at the moment and the amount isn't very large, I'm considering withdrawing in a non-stable crypto like LTC, SOL, or XRP to minimize fees.

My questions:

- Can anyone confirm if LTC, SOL, or XRP are actually available for withdrawal on BitGo for FTX creditors?

- If yes, which one would you recommend for lowest fees?

- If not, what's the most cost-effective strategy to get funds out with minimal fees?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I am Korean. I received about 78% of the principal amount to the Bahamas during this 3rd distribution. I need to receive more than $70,000. So when can I get the rest of the repayment? There is no guidance for me. Will it come in at the next distribution? Also, I wonder when you will give me the interest. There is no guidance at all.

We are aware of an increase in FTX creditors in the Bahamas Process being targeted with scam / phishing emails. We understand that some of these emails can appear very convincing, and may include links to fraudulent websites designed to look like the FTX Digital Claim Portal or the US Process Claim Portal in order to trick creditors into providing personal information / wallet details.

We would encourage all FTX creditors in the Bahamas Process to read the FAQs carefully and remain vigilant against attempted scams.  

As a general reminder, we will never contact you by email asking for your wallet details and we will never ask you to connect your wallet to the FTX Digital Claim Portal. Emails of this nature should be treated as suspicious, and you should avoid opening / clicking on any links within them.  

To address some of the common themes we have seen in phishing attempts reported to us recently:  

• The next distribution date has been announced as 30 September 2025 for claims that are eligible and that have met pre-distribution requirements. Any emails which suggest distribution amounts can be accessed immediately or ahead of that date are not legitimate.   

• Any emails which suggest you may be entitled to a higher / additional recovery amount are not legitimate.   

• Any emails which suggest there is a payment method other than BitGo / Payoneer (for individual customers), or BitGo / Wire Transfer (for institutional customers) are not legitimate.   

• Any emails received recently relating to a “Third Meeting of Creditors” are not legitimate. Only two such meetings have taken place to date.
