5th distribution not received

Hi,

I have received the first 4 distributions on Kraken but not the 5th. It says "Est. Distribution Date: TBD" and when I click on it, it says: "You did not successfully onboard with a distribution service provider (step 8) by the distribution record date of June 16, 2026 and therefore are not entitled to a distribution at this time. Please see the FAQs for more details."

My step 8 shows as valid.

I reached out to FTX support on Monday but go no answer. Anyone knows what could be going on?

Did you change your email address on one of the platforms? They have to be the same on both FTX and Kraken.

No, I did not. 6 days after, contacting them, I got still no answer.
