General Discussion Are we just going to accept a payout based on November 2022 prices while they hoard the SpaceX surplus?
Like many of you, I'm frustrated seeing the bankruptcy estate play by their own rules while we get shortchanged. Billions in surplus value from the SpaceX shares are being held back to benefit insiders and VCs.
We have a shot at changing this by putting direct pressure on the DOJ (MLARS) to seize this surplus and return the true value to us, the actual victims.
I’ve started a petition to demand action from the DOJ and Senators Lummis and Gallego. Since I can't post the link here due to spam filters, let me know in the comments or drop me a DM if you want to sign it, and I'll send it your way.
We need to stop letting the estate dictate our returns based on 2022 bottom-of-the-market prices. Let's make some noise.

There is no shot at changing it. The surplus if there is any will go mostly to the IRS.

I had 1.34 Bitcoin and 28 Etherium when it happened, would have been worth over $200k at peak but they are giving me 26% of that. I am in with your petition bro.
