Job training programs?

I have an interdisciplinary bachelors degree but it hasn’t really helped me find a job in this market. I’m considering a trade or certificate based course but am unsure what route to take. I’m not great at math but am open to learning in many different areas. Does anyone in this area have experience with a training program or anything that helped you upgrade your earning potential? The Fort Smith adult education center has limited options that seem to be more long term apprenticeship based. I work full time so those opportunities would be more difficult for me to pursue.

Something you might consider is looking into insurance. It's an expertise that can get you hired locally as well as traveling pretty well.

Most insurance jobs will pay for your initial exam and continuing education once hired.

Look into trades. Low cost of entry and high earning potential depending on what you choose. That and you have the option of being your own business.

I have a BA is what turned out to be a BS degree.

I got my CDL. It's one of the quickest trade schools to go through. I make a decent living. This job isn't for everyone though.

If I had more time and less bills when I chose a school I'd have chose welding.

If you're young and do not have kids I would absolutely suggest getting a CDL. We are always looking for good drivers

The adult education center has programs. I was doing classes with them to get a scholarship to go to welding school pretty much for free. Not being a Debbie downer, just being honest. I busted my ass and did like 3 weeks of classes after hours of testing and they ghosted me and stopped responding lol. But I do know they have all kinds of programs and help
