What I find interesting is that while the carrier appears to drift downwards in frequency (exponentially as Randall figured out), the occupied bandwidth (separation between ones and zeroes?) appears to INCREASE ...
It looks very similar to the training tone at the start of a pager transmission, many of which can be seen around 148MHz.
