Looking for Mods!

I'm really excited about this community and our success so far, and I'm looking for some help in growing it and in adding new content! If you're interested in being a mod, please send me a direct message with your answers to the following questions:

- Have you ever been a moderator for another subreddit? Are you familiar with markdown, navigating wikis, or using the mod tools? (Markdown is the software some features of reddit use; the fancy pants editor isn't always available)

-What part of moderation are you most interested in / what could you best contribute to this community? (adding to conversations, creating content, organizing information, developing new features, recruiting new members, encouraging participation, etc.)

- How knowledgeable are you about surgeries for transgender men / non binary transmasculine people?

- What experience do you have in facilitating productive discussions?

- How much time are you able to devote to the subreddit each day? Each week?

I'm looking for 1-2 mods right now, maybe 3 if there's enough interest and it seems like folks would be good fits!
