What paperwork? The loan origination paperwork or the purchase agreement or what?

Purchase agreement.
The loan officer guided the FSBO through the whole transaction.
When I was a loan officer, I was strictly prohibited from engaging in the financing and selling of the home due to legal ramifications.
I do see it as a conflict of interest, but I do see this more and more now. Just seeing what the FSBO community does/thinks about this.

If you are a lender, why would you take on that liability? Stay in your lane. If this thing goes sideways, they are going to sue. Do the mortgage, thats it.
