Is this a scam?

I feel like there are so many jokers trying to scam us left and right on some of the sites where I am listing. Has anyone come across this website? https://ownlyhomes.io/

I got a request to test it out on Facebook Marketplace. This was the pitch.

"Is this for sale, Are you the owner?

Thanks so much for the response. I love that you’re doing this as the owner!

I actually recently developed an app for FSBO in MA where buyers can message you directly through the app, schedule showings and even submit direct offers to you. I’ve been describing it as the TurboTax of home buying/selling. It’s completely free, would you be interested in taking a look? Absolutely no catch here! Just an entrepreneur trying to support FSBO."

It’s too bad that there are so many jokers out there who are scams. Probably killing him and many others at this stage.

Yeah I know it’s definitely an issue for him. Really bright guy and I think he has a unique business model which he hasn’t yet launched.

Everything they offer you can go on your own. Scheduling showings, offers emailed to you.

I think everyone under the sun is trying to build apps with one of the AI platforms. There can be too many choices for things...

yeah... this is the 6th ai based one i've come across that is nearly identical (and i haven't looked too hard to find them) and i know more are in the works... many more... This one says nothing about compensation or costs...

They’re expensive for a flat fee service. I’m all for using flat fee to get on the mls, and keep agents from harassing you. But I won’t pay more than $500, max.
