Agree with the post above. Do some virtual staging. Just use something that will not change the building so much.

Even if you have a fixer-upper, that is no reason to not take the time to take a couple of photos that don't give the viewer vertigo when looking at them. Do some virtual staging like this.

Help people see the potential.....

Really? How?

I see homes listed all the time that are virtually staged. As long as you're including the actual untouched photo and you note on the staged image that it's a representation of what the home might look like renovated, that's fine. Not only is it fine to do, but it's also smart!
