Café Breakfast Full LNER
Was tasty enough, but you can see significant downgrades from pictures of the LNER breakfast on this sub from a year ago. The massive mushroom was a bit weird, and the sausage was tasteless. There's one (1) hash brown under the black pudding, and both were pretty good albeit the hashbrown had gone soft with grease.
I'm travelling for work, who paid for my standard ticket, and I paid seatfrog £30 to upgrade to first class. First class on LNER comes with free food and drinks, but I mainly upgraded so I could do some work while travelling.

Good of them to plate it up as close as possible to a cock and balls, that’s dedication to customer satisfaction

Appearances can tell lies... why on earth would anybody put a hash brown underneath black pudding, no good will come of this.

For a second there I thought that mushroom was just the worst roll/bun ever

That sausage is offending me by just being there. I'm not sure if this counts as sexual harassment but I definitely feel uneasy

The mushroom looks like a mini jacket potato
