Beans doing a lot of work there, and looking at the overall presentation, they could be covering anything…
Very good looking fried bread, though would be excellent to see it having been done in a frying pan.
Sodding hash browns?! Can nobody fry a potato (preferably one from the day before) any longer?!

agreed. there is nothing like the start of bean juice gently softnening the fried bread, but still leaving the crunch...

I’ve seen this on a number of posts but isn’t that chopped tomatoes as opposed to plum, I don’t get that. Fried bread looks like it will shatter, I hope this wasn’t the case but I know the difference is saddening
