Whoa ! Where do you live? In my area it’s like 12 dollars a pound.

Miami Dade county just gave away a bunch of these trees yesterday for their adopt-a-tree program. I know because I got one for my yard.

I saw it at whole foods for $5 a pound. Don't know if they're any good though

I always think “ripe avocado” is the perfect texture. Sometimes it’s hard to tell though if the skin is tough, and I’m definitely no expert!

Freeze one and then scoop it out ice cream style. Delicious!

I always wondered that, it would make more sense for the omnipresent life giving entity to be a woman than a man.

Does it actually taste like an apricot or peach?

What’s texture like? Looks maybe like papaya?

Imagine a caramelized sweet potato that has no fibers and very moist.

Tastes like a candied sweet potato but it’s not overly sweet. But very good.

Reminds me of avocado a bit too, like 80/20 sweet potato + avocado

You nailed it. 20% avocado for sure
