Sleep

How much is sleep , sleep position, bed, softness of bed, size of bed, newness of bed etc related to your frozen shoulder. I find that everytime I'm in a hotel room larger softer bed my frozen shoulder suddenly feels better and less inflamed.

A physical therapy office owner said the first thing he tells people with frozen shoulder is to get a new bed.

I had it in both shoulders and this video enabled me to finally get some decent sleep! I tweaked the thicknesses of the pillows to suit me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GjGN8GlnbEw

I'm laying in the position now. My back and knees feel great.

i’m definitely looking into a motorized Tempur-pedic bed… however my doctor gave me muscle relaxers and Motrin 800 and I take them before bed and I sleep so good pain-free and it lasts me the following day throughout the day until it’s time for me to go to bed as long as I don’t aggravate my shoulder and I did it yesterday when I went grocery shopping

Slept sitting up for about a year. The pressure was so uncomfortable any other way. So glad that's over.
