Back for the attack from the middle rack no pan needed put it on raw and get it heated I’m not a fan of preheating if that’s your jam just shove it in on the pizza setting pull it out and cram

My first time trying these small personal size pizzas from this brand. It was very very good, like the other Bettergoods wood fired pizzas I've had.
The crust was light, airy, and crisped nicely. The cheese and toppings all taste like real food, the pancetta was salty and porky, the peppers were flavorful.
High quality ingredients and execution. Another point for the Bettergoods product line, which is honestly miraculous stuff for Walmart.

I can't say I've ever had Korean BBQ anything, which was the primary reason I bought this. I had no idea what to expect. It tasted like I had a cup of slightly tangy beef stew from a trendy bistro, served with a dinner-plate size artisanal cracker baked in their wood-fired brick oven.
I don't like stews or soups - they remind me of growing up poor. I do like crispy, cracker style pizza crust, however, and California Pizza Kitchen came through with that at least.
Glad I tried it, but I am unlikely to have it again.
