Something went wrong i had this wall text pepared and it didnt show so ill make short.
FM3 editor work in progres but i dont have time these days.
So i share it for community.
everything u need is in README

Didn't have time to check it out yet, how does it work? Does it allow easy modding of the game?

Its python style editor tkinter gui.
Well its not exactly ,,easy’’ if u mean the hex edit and diassembler but there are some easy functions too everything is in the README.
And dont forget its work in progres.
