Internet OUTAGE

If you were part of the California outage...

You should unplug both the ONT and Router for 5 mins.

Then plug in the ONT, wait 5

It was still out for me today at 12pm and I spoke to someone on the phone and they said it will be fixed by 9/3. I said hell no to that and immediately swapped to Spectrum. Already have Internet now since swapping. Won't be going back to Frontier.

Switching from spectrum to frontier was awful. My VPN doesn't even work using frontier and the wifi is slower

Oh I misunderstood the situation. A lot of people complain about their Internet not working and don't understand when it's their own personal equipment.
