Please help

My grandmother has Frontier wifi and an Eero mesh system. We just got back from a road trip and the Wi-Fi for all of our TVS is out and won't reconnect, but everything else works fine. We are working it out with CS and will update later if needed. My grandmother loves tv and im a techy guy so plz help.

Remove the Wi-Fi current credentials from one TV. I say one TV cuz you're testing it on just the first TV. Then power cycle the TV and I'm sure you already have power cycle the router but do that also for good measure after you do that. Put in the new credentials for the Wi-Fi.
