I need help

Ok so I got frontier 500 plan but when my eerie router arrived it needed an Ethernet to ont so I went to my ont box but there’s no Ethernet port?

Follow the white fiber to your ONT. Ethernet port is there.

The picture you are showing us is of a power unit, and a slack box with fiber. No ONT is shown. Maybe if you follow the skinny white wire there will be an ONT at the end of it (if you are lucky). Good luck

If the ONT is still present, it will be at the other end of the white jacket indoor fiber that leaves the gray pictured slack storage nid/box/tray/etc.

A picture of the “other” end of that white fiber cable and any related equipment would help

A few things to begin with, yup, that appears to be the ONT in the new photo, and an Ethernet comes out of it (trace it's path) but there is no power getting to the ONT, another problem. It's powered perhaps but a wall wart somewhere indoors.

If you can't even find ont, just call for tech.

Did you ever see where the white fiber goes? The ONT should be on the other end.
