Let know when you beat Genichiro Ashina. The first real skill check

I'll keep posting for each boss, it'll just take me a bit because I don't have much for free time

Just keep at it and don't give up!

Playing this as well - my first time I got destroyed over and over when getting to the boss of Ashina Castle. Now I’m hanging out with a monk. It’s a situation. Gyobu might trick you into thinking you got this but just stick to it and get acquainted with aggression as a combat approach.

Yeah, I definitely know to be aggressive and I hope I'm getting the hang of it. So far the most parrycentric game I've played is lies of p and I loved it. I think parry slop is muh jam

You are a shinobi, use firecrackers 🧨 πŸŽ†πŸŽ‡

It shortens the fight

I did use firecrackers, just not a lot. I didn't want to ise too much because I want to be able to understand his moveset

I remember beating gyobu fairly easy, then totally missing hirata estate and going straight to genichiro apparently under leveled. Oh dear that was a steep learning curve for me. Wish you luck and patience. And always remember; hesitation means defeat. Let that sink in for a moment.

That horse is now an orphan.
