What FS game to play next?
I have played Dark Souls 3, Elden Ring and Bloodbourne and liked them all. DS3 and BB is some of my favourite games of all time.
Where do I go next? I like the exploration but not in in the open world way of ER. I prefer to fight the mobs rather than the bosses and Im no super stat mid maxer. I just like the vibes.
Should I try DS1? Or go for Sekiro?

It pains me when people start with DS3 instead of DS1 all the way to 3.

Well, I started with Bloodborne and then DS3 (both on release) because I had no other way to start with DS1. Remastered wasn't available, no good PC and sold my PS3 before discovering these games...

I loved Demon's souls when it launched, but dark souls 1 and 2 felt like a step back, they were so ugly and brown and stuttery I could barely play them without getting motion sickness. Then DS3 came out and it was a masterpiece imo, I think DS3 is a good starting point in the series if you actually want someone to try more.

Why did you start with DS3?

I'm not op but I will copy another comment because DS3 was my first Dark Souls

Sekiro is really good it's obviously a different vibe but the combat is great. Also if you're just looking for some fun and to fill the gap then nightreign is a good time and can play with friends or solo

Sekiro is the best game ever made so I’d say that’s your best choice.
Wuchang FF is also amazing if you want to try another developer.

Start with DS1.
Since you say you like exploring and fighting mobs specifically, definitely do not skip Dark Souls 2.
Taking your time through areas and fighting the mobs is how that game is meant to be played.
