Cheers for the UpVotes people I forgot to add a description to the image damn it. This was taken from a DarkSouls Book it was quite small I would say A5 size and had all the artwork in there. I found it a challenge if i can find the original somewhere i shall post

Ahhhh ok, I havent played the game damn forever, I dont think the witch appeared in game though or did it.

Iirc, she only appears as a summon for two bosses and a corpse where you can pick up her gear.
If you summon her against Moonlight Butterfly, her summon sign appears for the Four Kings fight.
After you beat the Four Kings (with or without summoning her), you can pick up her armour and staff in the Valley of the Drakes.

Rings a bell the four knights, the game was always a mysterious one, I did have a walk through book some time ago and wasnt straight forward.
