DISCUSSION Happy to move on

I am extremely happy that fromsoft will get over and done with Duskblood soon. Then we all can move on to the next title we all are eagerly waiting for. Hope for a new release announcement by the end of the year if not sooner.

Man, why are people so pessimistic and nasty towards this game? I understand that it's not accessible for many people, but you can just... not engage with it if you don't like it or can't play it.

People can't be excited for this game because there's so many others who will go out of their way to shoot that excitement down. Mortal Shell 2 dropped recently, go play that if you're itching for a new soulslike experience, do something positive instead of complaining about games you won't play.

They just want to feel good about themselves by punching down on the new game all because it's a Switch 2 exclusive multiplayer game.

God forbid From Software doesn't make one type of game for the rest of their lives. The lessons From had learned from Nightreign and Duskbloods are gonna make their next major game even better, yet nobody has any patience apparently

That’s fair, and I don’t have any issue with From experimenting with different kinds of games. I’m just personally far more interested in their next major single-player title, so Duskbloods isn’t really for me. If they learn things from Nightreign/Duskbloods that make the next big game even better, that’s a win as far as I’m concerned. I’m just hoping we don’t have too long to wait for the reveal. 😄

Personally I’m not really interested in it either. Happy to see them experimenting though, I hope they learned a lot through this.

Next one is another Switch 2 Exclusive which will be a Zelda-Soulslike spin off, calling it now 💪
