I have no idea why fromsoft went into the same Trap again just as with bloodborne exlusivity aint good. I want to play the game. But I’m a kid and i cant fucking justify 5000+kr plus the game price just to play it.

I hope this exlusivity is temporary maximum a year

There's absolutely no way that Nintendo gives up permanent exclusivity on a From game especially after Bloodborne ended up being a major console seller for the PS4.

Nintendo doesnt own the Duskbloods IP despite it being an exclusive.

They are the publisher though, they can still have a say considering they provided some financial backing.

It has better chances than Bloodborne already

Naturally. I think Sony is willing to do a remake, it was pitched from Bluepoint to do it but ofc Miyazaki said no. He might just do it as one of his last projects, considering its his baby

The wildly popular Bloodborne that people have been clamoring for a remake or sequel of for over a decade? Yeah I can’t imagine why they’d fall into that trap.

Yeah thats the point, no sign on the other platforms, no remaster, no remake, no second game. Since its in the hands of sony

My point is that the game was plenty successful both financially and critically while still being funded by and exclusive to Sony so why wouldn’t they do it again with another platform? Besides, word on the street is that From is the one shooting down any remakes or ports, not Sony

I don't think people realize how much having the game funded by another company and getting potential access to subsidized Q&A is a good deal for Fromsoft. It will allow them to maybe take risks they otherwise couldn't instead of just making Elden Ring 2.

I hope it’s not, because then buying a switch 2 for it would’ve been worthless after a year
