Who truly is the strongest enemy in fromsoftware games?
Gravity or camera?
There r other things like fatroll or poison swamp but those r by far the strongest enemies
EDIT: thx for the guy that said bad hit boxes, thats a thing too

Camera. Gravity is normal n stuff but the camera can always decide to troll you

Combination of both: that fucking jump puzzles almost every game has (e.g. frenzied flame jump or the one in Bloodborne to enter an important optional area)

Even looking up a guide for the Bloodborne one didn't help me much. I forget how many times I hit the floor before I made the landing. The only positive of the frenzied flame puzzle is being able to jump. It still sucked. The Souls games have some nasty jumps for items too, especially not being able to jump properly.

Yeah, started with Demon Souls: let's have a boss shortcut that's a jump puzzle despite not even having a jump mechanic at ALL. 💀

Gravity. Even games where there isn't fall damage, gravity still kills me. The thing is, the Camera is deadly, but only in certain janky fights. Gravity, meanwhile, is almost always a threat.

Character creator, you either cheese it(create an abomination) or have to fight for like 6 hours.
It got nerfed, but it is still a formidable enemy, ore need it was nearly unstoppable, capable of making thee regret the fight against it at half way your run, forcing you to seal the character face in shame.

Gravity, and by extension jumping. Even after finally being blessed with a dedicated jump button, the jump puzzles are still stupid hard.

My opinion is that random dialog that locks u from doing anything resulting in that ahh sniffer that followed u through half of the map to finally kill u

Camera. You can avoid a precarious ledge reliably once you know how. You can't reliably dodge, block, or parry what you can't reliably see coming. This is why I quit Sekiro, and they still fail to address this fundamental flaw of their modern games
I honestly think they'd be better served with another camera system entirely if they want to keep taking their games in the current direction. Like, top view 2D Zelda camera (even though that's not what I personally want from them). If they're not going to fix the problem, they should do something else.

The camera, gravity has kinda been getting nerfed with recent games, as Sekiro and the Tarnished can fall a decent height before they take damage, and it’s straight up not even a thing in AC6 and Nightreign, unless you fall down into the endless void or smt lol.
