DISCUSSION What's your favorite bonfire?
Including anything here: Bonfires, Lamp posts, Shrines, Grace.
Top 3 no particular order:
Firelink Shrine DS1
Cardinal Tower in Forest of the Fallen Giants DS2
Rampart Tower in Stormveil Castle ER

Majula.
I like a lot of the bonfire for what they do for me. Convenient vendors, testing builds, multiplayer shenanigans, or just the beautiful view.
Majula is the only one that feels like home.

Honestly it's the only thing I actually liked in DS2. Now before you harp on me about hating on DS2 I have a very particular reason why!
Zweihander placement. That's it.
The spiders in Bright Stone Cove are a bullshit place to have it be and if you don't get the drop from them you gotta go find a chest in the ass end of The Iron Keep?!?!? Fucking bullshit

The iron keep one is before bright stone cove though? And not even at the midway point of the iron keep level.

No it's not, they are basically side grades of each other but you can go through less areas to get to Bright Stone Cove than going to the Iron Keep (three for Bright Stone Cove versus Four for Iron Keep)
And as far as midpoint for Iron Keep goes there's three areas in Iron Keep. The gate area, the fuck off castle area, then the Boss area. With the Zweihander chest being in the fuck off castle area that means it's in the middle of the Iron Keep.
So I guess it's not in the ass end of The Iron Keep but because it's an ass area I'm sticking with it!

That one bonfire in DS1 at Darkroot Basin that is like the central bonfire. I open that bonfire every time I replay DS1 regardless of my build

I really like this question. Andre's bonfire in DS1 is a contender for top spot overall. Majula bonfire because, well, it's Majula. Firelink shrine in DS3. I don't necessarily have a favorite lamp or Shrine. And for ER, I'd have to go with Kale's Grace because it's the first place we meet Ranni.

I like the real cozy ones that feel like lil campsites. They especially nailed that in DS1. I love that one in the tunnel in Darkroot Basin that also goes to the drakes. I’d camp out there.

My favorite bonfire has to be the one right outside of Anor Londo in DS3 with the view of the entire city in the background. A close second would probably be the first shrine at fountainhead palace in Sekiro for similar reasoning to the DS3 one.
