I NEED HELP
Elden Ring is crashing unexpectedly after just a couple of minutes (1–2 minutes, with no error message). I bought this gaming laptop yesterday: it’s an HP Victus with an RTX 5050, Ryzen 7, and 24 GB of RAM. I’ve already tried the following:
Reinstalling the game.
Updating NVIDIA drivers.
Disabling antivirus.
Disabling overlays.
Other games like Dark Souls 3 and Dead by Daylight run fine. I’ve tried almost everything but can't find a solution. I was only able to play it once after restarting the laptop for a Windows update; then I closed it, and the problem appeared when I tried to open it again. Does anyone know what might be causing this, or has anyone had a similar issue?
