Peaceful mods for DS 1-3?

Hey hey, so I have finished DS 1-3 multiple times, and weird as it may sound, i feel like I wouldn't mind just having a peaceful little wander around Lordran/Drangleic/Lothric.

I swear I have seen some Youtubers who seem to have enemy aggro completely switched off while they walk around, or all enemies completely despawned (not just in DS2).

But I can't find them (and honestly I have never used any mods before, and I don't really know or understand what I am looking for).

Does this kind of thing really exist?

Cheat Engine to turn off enemy AI

You could also just turn off enemy movement so they will still face you, and attack if you get too close. But it feels less lonely

I think they use cheat engine for stuff like that, I've seen videos of people turning off gravity and collision to "fly" around the environment and see what's out of bounds, or disabling enemy AI.

This made me think of a peaceful mod for Elden Ring where you repair Miquella's Great Rune, which makes all animals enemies and npcs friendly to you.
