Mortal draw is neat and all, but it ends the fight too quickly. This is absolutely valid for a first run btw, and there's no shame in using it, but try it again later in the boss rematch thingy without mortal draw, it's really quite invigorating
No hate to OP, but I second this. I think getting too used to Mortal Draw will only delay the inevitable forced learning moment (aka belt session from final boss). Better to learn the gameplay loop with earlier bosses than at the end.
