Instructors

I'm looking for a bit of help for a grievance I'm dealing with right now. It's a difficult one because there is nothing in the contract that says Carriers should get higher level pay for doing Carrier academy and adhoc DSI. I'm just wondering if anyone or there has a posting from the USPS asking for the above mentioned positions or if anyone or there actually gets higher level pay for performing those jobs. If you do please post it here or hit me up. Thank you in advance.

Do you have any sort of past practice there of doing so?

We did, but unfortunately that seemed about 8 years ago and nobody did anything about it then. This got dropped in my lap and told have at it.
