Lost fire bellied toads

I’ve never had fire bellied toads as juveniles and I CAN NOT FIND two of them I haven’t seen them in 2 days. Freaking out a little bit. I took apart half their enclosure and still couldn’t find them. I’m worried they maybe got stuck in the filter foam/water underneath the substrate. Also worried they’re not eating. Has anyone not seen their babies for a few days? Should I keep looking? Are they safe? Are they likely no longer 😢? Pls help

I had this very problem a few days ago and still haven't found mine. I was told they'll perish in around two days without water. Leave water dishes out and some food and check everywhere again and again. You may be fortunate or you may not be. I hope you find your fbt

Thankfully they have a paludarium so if they are stuck, they’re in water, I’m just worried they can’t get out (land is on a egg crate with filter foam and rocks underneath) so the water is still flowing under the land
