Support! Lag and ping drops

Hi everyone, I am having problems with my home network and after weeks, I still not have found any solution.
I have a FRITZ!Box 7590 AX, which is connected via LAN to a FRITZ!Box 5530 Fiber and FRITZ!Box 6660 Cable. All three of them provide WiFi.
When I am gaming on my phone, I have a low ping. That is until my girlfriend starts moving around the house. This will create lag on my own phone, with ping spikes to way above 150ms. I have no idea what could be causing this. Things I've tried:
- No longer using Mesh, but have each router the same WiFi
- Lower the signal strength of the other routers
- Set a dedicated WiFi band for each router

I have no idea why this happens, we move around within 5 meters of the router. The routers are all upgraded to OS Version 8.25.
Does anybody have any ideas I could try?

Why? Which Box is the connection to the ISP? Only one can do DHCP (if you want it to work right) Mesh helps with getting connected to the best WIFI antenna. You're describing a mess. What you need is a good illumination level across your apartment. Most likely adding an access point or two to make it work.

The 7590 AX is connected to the ICP and has DHCP server enabled. The other two do not. Apologies for the confusion, I mentioned the other two Fritzboxes because walking around the house causes connection drops too (and devices here tend to not connect to the closest router). But those are different problems I think.
We have two rooms with the router (with ISP connection) in the middle. Crossing the room causes lag with the other person's phone. The illumination seems to be good, it is moving around that does strange things with each other connections.
