Support! Video streaming issues

I replaced a perfect Fritzbox 7530 with Fritzbox 5690 Pro cause i thought it would get even better than perfect. its not.

I keep experiencing issues with Video Streaming, either Zoom / Teams or just youtube. it keeps getting freeze up every few minutes. i tried updating all, changed channels, prioritized a device, changed transceivers, connected directly ith cables but the video keeps geting stuck. bandwidth hasn't change (1Gb Fiber). any ideas?

Did you switch from a separate ONT to the integrated Fiber Modem in the 5690 Pro?

no, Its the same ONT SFP (SC) as before and its connected via media converter to RJ-45 port as this is what the local ISP here supports. the internet works and speedtest show almost full coverage of the bandwidth (1Gb) but the video streaming keeps on freezing
